• Handle consumer protection matters under various federal acts.
• Engage in securities and complex class action litigation.
• Collaborate with client, business, and legal teams effectively.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with consumer class actions and protection matters.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Virginia Bar membership required.

Education

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the Virginia Bar.
