- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients, providing clear guidance on legal issues and potential exposure.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to the Bar in both Texas and Louisiana (Active and in Good Standing).
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with specific exposure to both First-Party Property and General Liability defense preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in both Texas and Louisiana.
