Duties

• Provide legal guidance on estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning.
• Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Prepare sophisticated estate and tax planning documents.
• Represent clients in probate and family courts on estate and trust matters.
• Assist clients in asset protection and preservation strategies.
• Conduct legal and tax research.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in trust and estate matters and business formation.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and estate planning strategies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Active attorney license in Massachusetts; licenses in Florida and Rhode Island are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree
• J.D. degree

Certifications

• Active attorney license in Massachusetts
