Duties

• Advise on global trademark clearance and prosecution filings.
• Respond to office actions and manage opposition and cancellation proceedings.
• Conduct client interviews and provide legal consultation under supervision.
• Draft legal documents based on applicable laws.
• Prepare guidance for clients on trademark protection and enforcement.
• Monitor compliance with client intellectual property rights globally.
• Engage with IP policies of social media platforms for enforcement matters.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law.
• 5 years of experience with US and international trademark matters.
• Experience with USPTO and TTAB procedures.
• Experience coordinating foreign counsel on trademark disputes.
• Experience with cease and desist letters and infringement actions.
• Experience advising on trademark clearance strategy.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Admitted to practice law in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Education

• Master's degree in Law.
