Duties:

• Conduct title searches and prepare related documentation for real estate transactions
• Manage and facilitate closing processes for transactions
• Provide legal support in the areas of probate law, business incorporation, and sales
• Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and agreements
• Assist clients with legal matters related to transactions and business formation
• Ensure all legal documents are prepared accurately and comply with regulatory standards
• Provide ongoing support to senior attorneys and clients in a variety of legal proceedings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an attorney, particularly in small transactions and real estate
• Knowledge of probate law and business incorporation/sales is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
• Ability to handle complex legal issues
• Proficient in legal research and case management software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
