With trusts and estates partners in Connecticut, New York and Florida, this is an excellent professional development opportunity for an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in estate planning and administration, including sophisticated drafting. Preparation of gift tax returns and estate tax returns is beneficial. Probate litigation experience is not necessary, but a plus. The associate will be given significant responsibility for matters, including client contact. Candidate must possess excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.
