Duties

• Advise startups and emerging companies on formation and financing strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel on equity and growth financings.
• Assist in public offerings and liquidity events.
• Collaborate with venture capital partners and institutional investors.
• Support clients in navigating complex legal challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with emerging growth companies and capital markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
