Duties

• Advise clients on environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters, including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
• Conduct environmental due diligence and investigations for potentially contaminated properties.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently on complex cases.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in environmental law.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Proven ability to handle site and sale of known potentially contaminated property.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of California admission.
