Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare/edit legal documents.
• Review and manage case files effectively.
• Communicate with clients, adversaries, judges, and court personnel.
• Oversee the work of paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a New York personal injury law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in online legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, expeditiously and accurately.
• Knowledge of New York City courts and their procedures.
• Admission to practice in New York State.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
