The candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in ADA compliance and litigation. Experience advising clients in identifying architectural accessibility barriers and recommending steps to comply with the ADA and California Building Code is required. In addition, experience assisting clients with Internet-related compliance, including retail websites and online reservation systems is necessary. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience litigating in Federal court, including case management and trial experience. A strong academic record and admission to the State Bar of California are required. Department of Justice experience is helpful.
