Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Commercial Finance Group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably with a finance practice at a large law firm, and should be familiar with secured lending transactions and UCC Article 9.

Duties

• Assist with drafting and reviewing financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence for financing transactions.
• Coordinate transaction closings.
• Support attorneys throughout all stages of financing transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a finance practice.
• Experience with secured lending transactions.
• Familiarity with UCC Article 9.
• Licensed to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
