Corporate Healthcare Associate

The candidate will work on a wide variety of corporate transactions and regulatory matters involving private equity firms investing in the healthcare industry, financial firms financing healthcare investments, and healthcare organizations, including healthcare systems, hospitals, long-term and post-acute care providers, physician organizations and other health care services-related businesses as well as potentially biopharma, pharma and medical device matters. Must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant Bar. Should have 4+ years of experience handling corporate transactions and regulatory matters in the healthcare industry. Law firm experience is preferred. Should have an in-depth understanding of regulatory issues affecting transactions required, including Fraud and Abuse, Stark, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, licensure and provider number change of ownership, health care professional-MSO relationships, physician compensation structures, and provider-payer relationships is required.
