Duties

• Represent clients in debt financing transactions.
• Draft and review secured lending transaction documents.
• Close transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare issues lists and related documentation.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of secured lending and Article 9 of the UCC.
• Experience with acquisition financing and debt securities offerings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

• JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in general corporate law.
