Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in M&A and corporate governance.
• Expertise in securities law, Delaware law, and corporate governance.
• Hands-on experience advising public companies.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
