Legal Operations Lead
The candiadate's responsibilities includes: Design and manage processes to positively impact the Legal & Compliance team’s efficiency and effectiveness (including contract management, finances, knowledge management, eDiscovery, and litigation support). Support the General Counsel with team structure, strategy, and engagement; enjoy relationship-building and working collaboratively and cross-functionally, being the “glue” that brings various teams and sub-teams together. Manage all vendor relationships with legal service and technology solutions providers. Help organize team meetings, offsites, and learning and development programs. Assist as needed with other legal matters for both internal clients and external parties. Design, track, and report on Legal department’s Key Performance Indicators and metrics. Works proactively with Finance, Accounting & Financial Planning teams on budget and spend. Train the Legal department and the broader organization on legal processes and procedures (e.g. new hire on-boarding training, new software or process rollout). Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and report out on progress.
