Duties

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.
• Negotiate resolutions and maintain client relationships.
• Engage in strategic business development with State AG offices.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
