• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and clients for high-quality representation.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in California.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with insurance coverage litigation or working with insurance carriers.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
