A prestigious New York City boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation practice. Location:

Duties:

• Handle a range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis

• Manage discovery, including document review and depositions

• Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with partners and other associates on litigation strategy

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm

• Substantive experience in commercial litigation preferred

• Familiarity with New York state and federal court procedures

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work under deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar
