This hybrid role involves supporting the preparation and management of employment-based immigration matters, including O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1, E-2, H-1B, and EB-3 petitions. The position requires collaboration with paralegals and support staff, with potential relocation to a London office for highly qualified candidates.

Duties

• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress via email and phone.
• Assist in developing case strategy with supervising attorneys.
• Identify required documentation from petitioners and beneficiaries.
• Request, organize, and review supporting materials from clients.
• Draft supporting documentation including letters, affidavits, and legal arguments.
• Prepare and review immigration forms.
• Assemble case filings and supporting exhibits.
• Collaborate with paralegals on case preparation and timelines.
• Review case materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and other agency inquiries.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar admission in good standing.
• Experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions.
• Strong experience in O-1, EB-1, and/or EB-2 NIW preferred.
• Working knowledge of L-1, E-2, H-1B, and EB-3 cases.
• Strong legal drafting and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with paralegal teams preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in good standing.
