Duties

• Provide effective and timely communication, legal advice, and strategy to clients and adjusters.
• Manage discovery and motions practice within a high-volume docket.
• Communicate with the court, witnesses, and opposing counsel to manage daily docket activities.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and effective case disposition.
• Assist in preparing and presenting witnesses and evidence at trials as second chair.

Requirements

• Admission to the Texas bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance defense or similar litigation.
• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket efficiently.
