Duties

• Assist in fund and management structuring.
• Negotiate with institutional investors, including government pension plans and endowments.
• Handle secondary sales of limited partner fund stakes.
• Participate in general partner-led fund restructurings.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision.
• Collaborate with partners, senior counsels, and clients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in fund formation and investment management.
• Working knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance.
• Familiarity with the Securities Act as it pertains to private investment funds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
