• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including handling disputes and negotiating settlements
• Collaborate with clients across various industries, offering tailored legal guidance and strategic advice
• Conduct legal research and draft documentation, including pleadings, motions, and client communications
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsive and effective client service

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong litigation skills, with experience in handling employment disputes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida State Bar
