Duties

• Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in California workers' compensation cases.
• Manage cases through discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicate case strategy and updates to clients.

Requirements

• Must reside in California.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; litigation experience considered.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
