The firm specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and legacy planning. Duties

• Consult with prospective clients using the firm's consultation system.
• Draft and review estate planning documents.
• Manage estate administration and probate matters.
• Oversee office staff in client support and document preparation.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for staff questions.
• Participate in firm marketing efforts and present at seminars.
• Evaluate client consultations to improve service quality.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Participate in or lead staff meetings.
• Complete a minimum of 36 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) hours annually.
• Maintain an active South Dakota bar license and consider additional state licenses.
