															Human Resources Manager
The candidate reports directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, and works closely with other department managers and supervisors in supporting HR functions of the firm.  Protects the interests of both the employees and the company in accordance with policies, governmental laws, and regulations. Maintains scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by meeting with and coaching managers, discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors as directed by Human Resources Director. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of upcoming benefit meetings. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings as needed. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Maintains human resource records by keying in and uploading all new hire documentation into HR database. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting new employees. Maintains confidentiality of all personnel issues and information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university preferably in Human Resources is preferred. Should have 5+ years of Human Resource or related experience. Experience with ADP or other HRIS system(s) is required. Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system is required. PRH or SPHR Certification is preferred.
