Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience with publicly traded companies and public offerings.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and corporate governance.
• NC Bar admission or ability to waive in preferred.

Education

• Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics.

Certifications

• NC Bar admission preferred.

Skills

• Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills.
