Duties

• Support M&A deals, including preparing ancillary documents and performing due diligence.
• Draft LLC agreements and similar documents for corporate entities.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Experience working on M&A deals and preparing diligence reports.
• Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with technology.
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
