Location:

• Charlotte, North Carolina

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of 100–200 personal injury cases

• Provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring they are informed and prepared

• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other essential documentation

• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation efforts

• Represent clients at hearings, motions, and other court proceedings

• Coordinate with legal assistants and support staff for effective case preparation

• Contribute to overall case strategy and client relationship development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury matters

• Proven ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Willingness to work collaboratively within a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the North Carolina Bar

• South Carolina Bar admission is a plus

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with legal case management systems

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
