Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare for and participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, ADR, and trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
• Contribute to case strategy and client counseling.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Approximately 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for real estate litigation background.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
