Duties

• Advise on consumer and commercial payment services, deposit products, and loans.
• Assist with treasury management services and embedded banking programs.
• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and outsourcing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking and financial services law.
• Familiarity with UCC Article 4A, Nacha, EFTA, TILA, RESPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in IL is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
