A law firm seeks an AI Project Attorney in New York City, NY, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work. The role involves supporting the integration and utilization of artificial intelligence in legal services, collaborating across various departments to execute projects and initiatives.

Duties

• Develop and build generative AI workflows and use cases for legal practice.
• Create materials for different practice areas and phases of engagements.
• Expand prompt and workflow libraries and drive utilization by lawyers.
• Collaborate with practice group attorneys on AI adoption.
• Train lawyers and timekeepers on AI through sessions and workshops.
• Support the development of AI communities of practice within the firm.
• Maintain expertise in the firm's generative AI tools and best practices.
• Assist in onboarding and adoption of legal technology.
• Communicate with clients on AI and legal tech solutions.
• Develop case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with generative AI and machine learning.
• Experience in developing AI workflows and supporting legal technology adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.
