The candidate must be a Mid to Senior Level Real Estate/Renewable Energy Associate with 3+ years of experience in transactional real estate, title, survey, and contract drafting matters. Enthusiasm for renewable energy and conservation is a must; experience in renewable energy, financing, leases or easements, construction, land use, or development is a plus. Must be: effective at working as part of a supportive team, curious and willing to learn, proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, effective at managing internal and external client and counsel relationships, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
