The candidate will assist in all areas of the practice, focusing on executive compensation and benefits in M&A transactions, but also assisting regularly on matters involving compensation, retirement, and welfare benefit plans. Should have 1-3 years of experience. Must have demonstrated experience assisting with compensation and benefits matters. Must have a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the State Bar for the office in which they will work. Must also have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills.
