Duties

• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage cases and lead litigation efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial and complex litigation.
• Admission to and good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus.

Education

• Strong academic credentials in law.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
