The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial litigation and products liability (medical device/pharma) experience. Candidate must have strong writing skills and the ability to work independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. Pennsylvania bar admission required. Pennsylvania/New Jersey bar admission preferred.
