The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the regional business landscape, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves handling transactional matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advising clients on corporate law matters.

Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on corporate and business law matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.

• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Represent clients in business negotiations and transactions.

• Provide strategic legal counsel to businesses on corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate/business law.

• Familiarity with the regional business landscape.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligibility for admission.
