Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on bankruptcy-related matters
• Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and related documents
• Conduct legal research on bankruptcy issues and provide strategic solutions
• Assist clients with debt restructuring, creditor negotiations, and bankruptcy filings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

• Strong experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

Skills:

• Expertise in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings
