A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Tampa, Florida. This role is ideal for a dedicated legal professional passionate about trial work and advocating for clients in personal injury cases. The attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, from motion practice to trial presentation.

Duties

• Skillfully try cases, present evidence, and make arguments.
• Prepare thoroughly for trial by reviewing pleadings, evidence, and discovery.
• Handle Daubert challenges, Motions in Limine, and depositions.
• Collaborate effectively with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys.

Requirements

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in trying at least 5 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Admitted to the U.S. Middle District of Florida.

Education

• Preferred: Graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute, Gerry Spence Method, or the Trial Lawyers College.

Certifications

• Preferred: Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Florida law and civil procedure.
• Strong legal research and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficient in technology and typing at least 35 words per minute.
