Provide general support for paralegals and attorneys. Prepare immigration filings to submit to government agencies. Arrange department meetings, process expense reimbursements and client bills, maintain calendar appointments in Outlook, answer phones. Undergraduate degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience as an assistant in business immigration law in law firm or office environment.
