• Engage in licensing activities.
• Demonstrate proven IP law firm experience.
• Exhibit superb writing and research skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience with software development preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
