Job Overview: A law firm in Marietta, GA, seeks a Closing Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in closing residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. Duties:

• Conducting thorough title searches and examinations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.

Certifications:

• State Bar of Georgia license.
