Duties:
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients in commercial real estate matters, offering expert advice and insights.
• Conduct due diligence and research on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and discussions, advocating for their best interests in real estate deals.
• Handle the closing process for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Manage and oversee a caseload of real estate matters, keeping clients informed and updated throughout the process.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 27 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong focus on commercial real estate law.
• Admission to the State Bar is required.
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating commercial real estate contracts, leases, and loan documents.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients, explaining legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to make thoughtful and decisive decisions in complex real estate transactions.

Education:
