Junior Corporate Associate Attorney

Profile

A well-established law firm in New York is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in corporate law. The successful candidate will have exposure to various corporate practices, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transactional law, securities and regulatory compliance, and private equity. This role will require diligence review and analysis for a range of corporate transactions.

Duties:

• Conduct diligence review and analysis for corporate transactions.
• Support M&A and other corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with securities and regulatory frameworks.
• Assist with private equity matters and general corporate legal work.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of corporate law experience.
• Familiarity with various corporate practices, including M&A and regulatory compliance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar is required.

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
