Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in your respective area of expertise

• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and responsibility

• Develop strategic legal approaches tailored to each client’s goals

• Draft and review legal documents including motions, agreements, pleadings, and memos

• Communicate directly with clients to build trust and deliver outstanding service

• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on complex matters

• Participate in firm meetings, training sessions, and mentorship initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of legal practice in any substantive area

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively

• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality legal service

• Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment with shared goals

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active or pending license to practice law in Colorado (in good standing)
