The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience handling contentious work under belt. Should understand the ins-and-outs of federal court litigation and have a demonstrable interest in intellectual property law. Litigation experience to date includes drafting pleadings, engaging in motion practice, handling discovery matters, and possibly spending some time in a courtroom.
