Profile

A law firm seeks a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal foundation, an ability to handle challenging and complex legal matters, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. Candidates with experience as federal judicial clerks are especially encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex and high-stakes litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation strategy and case development.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, strategic advice, and case assessments.
• Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law to provide informed representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience in litigation, with a track record of handling complex legal issues.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
