The associate will be part of a team managing single plaintiff employment litigation and wage and hour class litigation.

Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases with a focus on employment law.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Interact directly with clients and handle complex legal matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaints, wage and hour, and other employment matters.
• Juris doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in California.

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.
