Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Attorney to join its Immigration practice area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in immigration law, a proven track record of successful case management, and the ability to provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee a caseload of immigration matters, including but not limited to visas, green cards, and naturalization.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date representation of clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and affidavits.
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings and proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration-related issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
• Experience practicing immigration law.
• Proven success in managing a high-volume caseload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
