Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Manage and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting.
• Experience in the following areas of law is a plus: Community Association Law, Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Landlord/Tenant Law.
• Comfortable appearing in court.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior billing experience is advantageous.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus.

Education

• Doctor of Law (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.
