Litigation Support Specialist
The candidate will provide critical e-billing support to law firms partnering with AIG and internal users of e-Billing platforms and services. Deliver high-quality customer service to the Global Legal Regulatory and Compliance attorneys and staff. Deliver high-quality customer service to the Financial Lines and WorldSource/Defense Base Act lines of business. Troubleshoot and resolve outstanding payment issues; historical payments and other invoice-related inquiries from law firms, in-house professionals, vendors, and the company departments. Respond to application-related technical inquiries from vendors and internal company associates. Manage inquiries in a high-volume, fast-paced, and complex request queue. Participate in special projects as required. Should preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree, and 3+ years of experience working in Legal Operations. Experience with Ascent/ONIT or other e-billing/matter management/ticketing systems is a plus. Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Customer-focused and results-oriented. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to hit deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Independent self-starter.
